The HR150 Frequency Resolved Optical Gating (FROG) pulse analyzer measures pulse intensity and phase in both spectral and temporal domains, yielding a complete pulse characterization. With its long delay arm and high-resolution spectrometer, it can measure chirped pulses up to 50 ps wide or transform-limited pulses up to 10 ps wide.
Features
Intensity and phase measurement for pulses up to 50 ps (with spectral FWHM >0.2 nm)
Autocorrelation measurement of up to 50 ps pulses (no limit on spectral FWHM)
No need for beam alignment with the connectorized optical input
Dedicated software for measurement and recovery
